It is so fabulous, because in this spot sits Tony Award winning actress, Lea Salonga. At the time that we sat down for this interview, Miss Lea had finished up her run in ALLEGIANCE with George Takei and recent interviewee, Telly Leung. The show was filmed for movie screens, and hopefully it will be coming to a streaming service or DVD eventually. She was preparing her return to Feinstein's 54 Below, and as fate would have it, she will be returning to the famed supper club this upcoming MAY. I love talking with her, because she is very proud of her background and purpose, she is a FORCE of talent, and most importantly, she never gets mad at me for calling her one of the Treasures of the Philippines.LOL.
